Shijiazhuan Tieniu Foundry Co. Ltd is located in the
southwest of Shijiazhuang the capital city of Heibei
province, north to the 307 national highway, Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan
express highway; east to the 107 national highway, Beijing-Shenzhen
express highway and the Beijing-Guangzhou railway; north
to the Qingdao-yinchuan express highway; the traffic
is very convenient. The company was established in 2000,
it occupies about 16,650 square meters, of which about
7,590 square meters is building area. At present, there
are 210 employees, and of which there are more than
20 senior engineers. The asset of the company has reached
15000,000 RMB. The factory has the modern engine machining
center, the physical-chemical laboratory, the analytical
laboratory, and the measures of checking are complete.
The factory has resin bonded sand cast, tectorial sand
cast, sand model cast, investment casting, lost foam
casting.
Throughput: about 2,500 tons.
Casting materials: gray irons cast, nodular irons,
rutie, common cast irons, alloy cast steel, etc.

of crane, grab, motor, engine.
2. Measures of checking: dynamics experiment, chemic
component, metallurgical phase analysis.
3. Equipment: two 500-ton intermediate frequency electric
cooker, two 1000-ton intermediate frequency electric
cooker, 500 square meters workshop for sand casting
product line, 100 square meters workshop for precision
casting product line，600 square meters assistant workshop,
1 sand blasting room and 2 mineral mixing machine.
4. Sale: heavy-duty automobile manufactories of America,
Japan, and France; inland automobile manufactories.
